ENROLLMENT PROCESS & POLICY

At OnlineFrench4U we aim to provide a rewarding language-learning experience. We've established clear policies to ensure a seamless journey through enrollment, attendance, and unforeseen circumstances. Please note that our language classes have specific language proficiency prerequisites, as detailed in the course descriptions. Upon successful enrollment and payment processing, you will receive a confirmation email outlining your course schedule, location link, and necessary materials

Group Class Cancellation Due to Insufficient Enrollment

Group classes require a minimum of 4 students. If this isn't met, the class may be canceled, and you'll be notified promptly. You can then choose to:

• Transfer to another available course

• Receive credit for a future course or private lessons (price adjustments may apply)

• Opt for a full refund

Student-Initiated Cancellation

• 7+ days notice: Full refund minus $50 admin fee

• Within 6 days notice: Course credits for future sessions, valid for group or private classes and workshops

• After classes start: No refunds, but potential credit towards future classes or workshops at OF4U's discretion

• Private classes must be completed within 6 months from the date of purchase.

• Additional hours cannot be added to existing packages.

• No-shows and late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) will result in a full class being deducted from the student's package
